The College Settlement of Philadelphia is located on 235 acres in Horsham Township, PA, fifteen miles north of the city of Philadelphia. Established in 1889, The College Settlement began as a settlement house in South Philadelphia.

	The College Settlement Camp ,which started in 1922, offers overnight camping to economically needy children from the five county Philadelphia area. Children come for a two week session of residential camp.
	The Kuhn Day Camp, founded in 1950, is adjacent to The College Settlement and the two camps share some facilities and resources. The day camp serves children from targeted schools in the Philadelphia area.

In the fall of 1973, an Outdoor School was started to provide facilities, leadership and program direction for a residential environmental education experience for schools and groups.

All three programs use the 235 acres of fields, forest, trails, streams and a three acre lake as a setting for the camps' core theme of environmental education.

Since the spring of 2003, CSC has leased 20 acres of land to Pennypack Farm Education Center for Sustainable Agriculture, in order to offer reciprocal services and further the cause of organic farming and sound environmental agricultural practices.
